Shipping & return Policy

The following are the terms and conditions which constitute our shipping policies.
Please be mindful and courteous to these policies and fulfillment times. Aadorah Shop is a small business, and I am navigating as best as I can to ensure you have a seamless purchase experience.

FULLFILMENT AND SHIPPING

From the moment you receive confirmation for your order, your order will be prepared my myself and shipped as soon as possible. You can count at least 1 week for fulfillment. This does not include the shipping time.
Please keep in mind this is a one person shop. Depending on my schedule, this timeline can be extended.

Average shipping time:
  • France : 1 - 10 business days after shipping
  • Europe : 1 - 3 weeks after shipping
  • Worldwide : 1 - 4 weeks after shipping
Please note these shipping times may fluctuate

CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITIES

Please be sure to double check the mailing address during checkout. If any mistakes cause your parcel to be returned as a result of customer error, then it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.

If an order is damaged, not up to expectations or is missing an item, it is the customer's duty to contact me in a timely manner. If you do not reach out within 20 days of order delivery, I will not be able to accommodate.

MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS

As soon as the parcel is posted, I don’t have any control on it. I will not be responsible for any missing or lost parcels delivered through third party services, and therefore cannot offer to replace nor refund your order in these events.

However, maybe your parcel came back to me so always feel free to contact me about it, and we can work on a solution together. 

CUSTOMS

I DO NOT collect VAT when you place your order. So before receiving your goods, you may have to pay VAT, customs duty if you ordered outside the European Union. I'm not responsible for delays incurred by the customs.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
As a very small business, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
